* Shake well until contents completely dissolve.
* As a dietary supplement, take two tablespoons (about 30ml once a day).
* Drink green barley 30 minutes before meal or two hours after meal.
* Refrigerate after opening.
* One bottle can be used for a week at 30ml dosage.
