Directions in drinking/using green barley
- Push and open bottle cap.
- Add 250 ml cold water up to the indicated level outside the bottle
- Shake well until contents completely dissolve.
- As a dietary supplement, take two tablespoons (about 30ml once a day).
- Drink green barley 30 minutes before meal or two hours after meal.
- Refrigerate after opening.
- One bottle can be used for a week or two, depending on your usage. For serious diseases, you may drink one bottle a day.
Green barley is also used for topical applications – in healing wounds and in the treatment of skin diseases (e.g. fungal infections).
